"Great as a party game and nothing else"

Killing worms using weapons. Sounds fun, right? Yes, but only if you plan to play it with other people.

Storyline (0/10):

There is no storyline! Just killing worms. Nothing to unlock. No secrets. No cheats. Just a game meant for multiplayer.

Gameplay (9/10):

What can be more fun than using things like shotguns, bazookas, dynamite, and uzis to subdue your opponent worms? Seriously. The controls are easy to learn, the game is usually fast paced, and you have a lot a possibilities in this game. You can choose to start with 100 or 150 HP, which weapons to have and how much, how much time per turn, and time in the game. You can also play against up to 3 other people or computers (not including yourself). But really, don't bother playing it unless you play it with friends, or else you'll be put up against and AI with the intelligence of an average 3-5 year old.

Graphics (5/10):

Not horrible, but could be better. I mean the game is so short and repetitive, you'd think they'd be able to put in some better graphics. But at least the backgrounds are nice. And you can easily tell where worms are.

Sound (4/10):

There's no music except at the starting menu, and the sound effects are pretty simple; gunshots, explosions, yelling, falling, airplanes, and teleporting. Seriously, nothing special here. At all.

Replayability (5/10):

If you play this for single-player, you'll probably get bored within the first couple of minutes. With friends, it gets a bit more interesting. If you're at a party, then you'll definitely have fun, because you'll be able to hold tournaments or leagues or stuff of the sort. At least then it will be fun and/or intense.

So unless you have a lot of friends, don't buy this game, because you'll definitely be disappointed. Just try it once to see if you like it, because many people will be appalled the graphics and/or simplicity of the game.
